FREE POSTAGE for all purchases over $100 within Australia only!

We do our best to ship your purchases the very next business day after you have placed your order (Monday to Friday, within business hours).  We use Australia Post, as a “rule of thumb”, please allow anywhere from 2-5 business days for delivery. All items will have a tracking number.

All items are shipped at the customer’s risk.

Registered or Overnight Post can be arranged at the customer’s expense, please email us if you require these services and a postal charge will be calculated.



We take pride in our merchandise and like to ensure that you receive your goods in excellent condition.

However, if you find that an item you have purchased is faulty, please send us an email on himalayanconnection@hotmail.com advising what the fault is, along with your contact details i.e. mobile, physical address & email address. The item must be returned within 14 days and must remain in the original condition and not have been used, worn, altered, washed and retains the original tags.

​Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund if you change your mind or if the item was a ‘sale’ item.

The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is faulty and the replacement product is no longer available, a refund will be provided or a replacement item to the same value.

We recommend sending returns via registered post, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit of the return.

Refunds are only issued using the original method of payment for the cost of the items and will not include freight costs.
